RETURN POLICY: All Sales are final and returns are not allowed.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds are allowed for our products. However, the customer must report any cartridge problems within 30 days of purchase, give the batch & lot number of the product to allow BDI staff to assess product concerns. BDI will test the identified batch/lot set back products and respond to the customer regarding test results. Should a problem be identified with our product, BDI may offer replacement product to the consumer.
CONSUMER PRIVACY: BDI will not sell or transfer any customer information to marketers,
research facilities, or other parties. Any data gathering will be for in house numeric statistical records and will only report caliber assignments.
FEDERAL CONSUMER LAW: By purchasing BDI ammunition product, the customer agrees that they are legally authorized ,competent and in compliance with all State and Federal laws in their purchase of ammunition.
